"Yeah, the website's cool and all that, but what do you guys sound like?"
To that end, here are a few demo things you can listen to both acoustic and electric....rough, non-finalized mixes complete with pops, squeaks and other oddities, but we felt it was important to just have something, y'know? If we can stop gigging long enough, we'll schedule some studio time to get our original material out. It's good stuff. Track 1: You Say You Love Me (one of our own tunes), recorded live at Rum Boogie Cafe, Memphis TN Track 2: Our take on a Delbert McClinton classic. Track 3: Debbie Davies' drummer Don Castagno penned this gem. While an electric tune, we thought it would be fun to try on acoustic for a change. Track 4: When we heard this Susan Tedeschi version of a great Paul Rishell tune, we had to do it as well. Spanky's voice, Catfish' Martin OM28 and nothing else. Track 5: Spanky puts the woman's perspective into this Jimmy Thackery tune. |

Don't know what kind of camera was used, but the sound quality of this clip is surprisingly good considering the operator had a good buzz going, and what you hear is exactly what was coming through our PA mains.
